Are there any true psychics out there i think I might have some abilities and they scare me I need some help

Ive tried my whole life to deny i had any kind of abilities I've been in and out of psych wards because if I ever told any one what saw heard and thought they would be so afraid of me that the only way for them to feel safe was to lock me up and drug me into being almost catatonic but these last few years since I had another not a near death I did die I just came back now I see and know things that are so obvious to me but no one else seems to grasp I dont always feel like I'm in complete control though especially when I'm really tired wich is more and more as I sleep less and less thats when I write my posts and poetry well I'm not sure if they are mine maybe I'm just a conduit last week I was in like a trance and I wrote a post on tik tok to all those evil human and sex traffickers telling them that all people are born free according to God's law that man's laws don't matter and that if they continued to violate gods law they would pay gods price and I said it would involve being incinerated I ended it with let it be known I don't write like proverbs or anything but a couple days after I wrote and posted this California went up in flames like instantly it's still burning do you know the most popular port for traffickers is the port f Los Angeles it's because of the Chinese snake heads the shortest route from China to the US is strait east across the pacific ocean did I inadvertently start the apocalypse it scares me to think I or any one could have these kinds of abilities and I don't want them I never have so if any one out there that isn't gonna just laugh and make fun has any advice I'm listening those that think I'm crazy i don't blame you if you have never had any experiences that were unexplainable by science and man's laws of nature or physics you will never believe in any thing bigger than you it's not atheism it's not realism it's not logic based thinking it's narcisim you believe you know it all and no one could ever know more than you thats the truth the fact that you were wrong about everything you thought you knew is harder for you to believe than in anything paranormal thanks for your time be safe if you are on the west coast start heading east this is not gonna fizzle out it is gonna grow

Our perception and exerience could find various patterns and ideas and make us think that it is how things are. I don't think that you can find the advice and help here since its not much active, but you could try out reddit.

Science is a way, a tool, which we use to validate ideas and facts about the world. Reproducability is a basis and what we need to show others that something is real, not something subjective or imagined. The problem is that we do that based of our current knowledge so if we don't know much yet, we may not be able to explain something. It is especially hard if you don't have much information about the subject. So, if you really want to check why is this happening, is it real or imagined, and find help, I think the best bet is to not ignore experts and scientists. They can make tests which can prove that something is going on or not. They can study the phenomenon and if it's real then your contribution would be huge. It's either real and you are helping in understanding it, or not in which case you help yourself why that was happening.

Anyway, I dont think that you need to deny anything. Try to talk to someone (hopefully someone who thinks the same as you cuz you'd just get confirmation bias and go into rabbit hole), someone who could help you figure out things which you percive.  Talk to as many people as you can and be open-minded (real truth is not scared from logic and others arguments). Give anything a chance to be the right explanation, expecially opposite of your own, cuz for it your bias is strong, and see how things go. At the end, the truth is what we all seek.
