Learning how to fall

Instead we somehow ended up training for about 3 hours. One of the things I love most about freerunning is how it allows you to see really mundane things in a different way. Things that everyone passes and thinks nothing of somehow becomes a beautiful playground 😍

Back in business

Messed up my collar bone late last year but happy to say I'm back to I would say 90%. Able to do all the vaults with ease as well as most of the flips. Muscle ups were kinda sketchy though 🫤 Did a little bit of work to try and get my Lunar eclipse st gainer back

Huge lesson on balance and adaptability today

Spent most of the session teaching a friend the basics of parkour today. Some more lunar eclipses at the end of the session but on wobbly blocks... terrifying but oddly satisfying. I feel like I've tamed a wild bull😂. And yes, I always talk to myself 😅😅
