I don't think you'll ever fully forget so take it and use it as a teaching moment for yourself: what you liked disliked what you learned from this relationship what they should have done what I could do better in the next relationship ect. Then use it, do the things you want/ love get back to being okay with you and know the right person will show up when the time is right and you'll be ready and have grown 🤗💜
