Did you learn from the past
If you honestly learned from the past what truth is now your foundation? We all have been bamboozled in some way or another. It could have been done by self because we wanted so much or it could have been by others because they wanted so much but valued so little. What is your no go, deal breaker, warning sign, trigger, PTSD, trauma, and how do you cope? We all have coping mechanisms and maybe if we can identify pain we can see that it's not an offensive attack but a defensive maneuver.
