Not even a subtle flex. I'm chuffed. I've lost over 10kg in a few months and am well on my way to making fitness part of my life. I've still got a way to go to really make these good habits stick, and I've still got some bad ones to shake, but I'm getting there. Consistency really is key, and I hope I can help others in the future with their own journey.

Can you apologize if you wrong someone? What about if you disagree when someone expresses you have hurt them? (edited)

I would apologize

I would listen to the reason and decide if apology is necessary

I don't apologize if I don't feel wrong

I am not apologizing for someone else's wrong perception of my actions if my intent wasn't to harm

I do not apologize, what you see is what you get

I will apologize if I feel they can explain the issue and it makes sense

I will apologize and explain my actions
