What do you guys think about this?

This has to do with morality and conscience So AntiSocial Personality Dosorder (ASPD) is characterized by a constant disregard for and violation of the rights of others along with constant irresponsibility and lack of remorse presenting issues hurting, mistreating, or stealing from others since the age of 15. Kids with symptoms like this are usually given conduct disorder as a diagnosis. But with that said, do these individuals have a consciousness? Much how individuals seem to have topics where they’re smarter in and others they can’t comprehend no matter how much they try (electricity is impossible to understand for me), is morality something they have a hard time learning (occasionally those with ASPD in prison show progress and reintegrate back into society)? And if they reintegrate back into society, is it just a show or do they understand empathy more?
