One of the common principles of software development is making the software proof for the D.A.U. (dumbest assumable user) and of course for click monkeys, etc.. Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is my most favourite trilogic, quadrologic quintology. I can recommend the audiobooks.

For to design something foolproof you got to think like a fool. Think inside the box and outside of it, or on top of it or under the box. Every timeline of how a creation or product could be used and how it will affect each different individual. Good quote though. (edited)
