Ok, now hear me out

What if it's possible that in our futures, going back and reliving our memories can operate as a type of time travel, where theoretically our spirit of the future goes back to our child self and is able to somehow energetically convey the message that we make it out on the other side of whatever we are going through someday, and that's why sometimes we feel a sensation in our spirits, a type of wisdom and knowing that we don't yet have but can feel because our future self has already gone back in time to that moment with us as part of the healing process in the future. What if some of these therapy exercises some of us learn later, work, not just as a visualization exercise but actually have the odd capability to reach back into time and emotionally support our younger selves...I mean, time isn't linear in a sense, after all.

Yes I think this is possible because time is only linear in the way we accept it as society, but not so much in the way of the mysteries of the universe and the mysteries of how our brains capacity to work to connect through time space. And I think I've also done this myself a few times.

Hi Sarah unfortunately time is very linear, so time is precious

What you describe is one of the possible explanations for the concept of premonition, assuming that time is not a linear succession but a dimension in itself.
