Seems a bit wordy. Maybe change it to something like "There are some gorgeous gems out there, but the best I've ever seen are the two looking at me right now." The problem with this (as well as the original) is if they are with a friend, they might think you are hitting on both of them simultaneously. Plus, when you throw numbers into the mix, it makes people think about what those numbers are referring to, which in turn ruins the flow. So maybe "Of all the gems out there, the one that was created to capture the color of your eyes is by far the best one." And now, if you want to take it one step further, instead of using the pickup line, you can approach the person and ask them to settle an argument. Say that you want to know which of these cheesy pickup lines are better. Then list the versions. Then ask how they would adapt it. Then ask if they know any good/bad ones, or what the best/worst ones they've heard were.
