Yeah I'm unhinged.

I done cooked a full gator stuffed with boudin, wrapped in applewood bacon and basted it every 15 minutes with smoked butter, obviously it was seasoned with some homemade Cajun spice lol, I carved it and put it on some po' boys with homemade remoulade sauce and some other stuff... Just a way to send my best friend off to the army. (He's doing excellent now ❤️) Just saying y'all couldn't handle a Cajun food lover like me. ❤️
