I agree with mint but remember they are super thirsty. Spider plants are satisfying but be aware that cats enjoy nibbling on them. Aloe is a gift that keeps on giving, because you can clip the flesh and use it on your skin and in your drinks (she is thirsty in warm weather as well!) and if you want to grow one on your own, give ginger a go? This is so much fun! My ginger plant is half the height of me in less than two months ☺️ https://thegardeningcook.com/growing-ginger/

Cale, they are a strong one so good for beginners 👍☺️ Or Aloe Vera, they also a strong one and still can survive even if you forgot to water them for a week, assuming it's not in summer season that is 😌 and yoy can also eat them, use them for your hair, face, etc. so it's a pretty useful plants 😁
