The Fullest Bloom, What if Doom
In the height of summer's power, Flowers burst forth in fullest bloom, Fragrant petals, hues that flower, A world alit with sweet perfume. But in this blissful, lush array, The shadows of uncertainty lurk, What if a storm should come our way? Or something darker, shadows that lurk? For every blessing has a cost, Every rainbow comes with rain, And so it's wise to stop and pause, To ponder what could cause us pain. But heed not just the clouds that form, Remember too the sun above, With careful planning, we weather the storm, And rise back up on wings of love. So let us bask in beauty's light, While we're aware of hidden threats, For in our fullest bloom, if we're wise, We'll bloom again, our spirits met.
