Gemini
I was born when the sky was split between a scholar’s quill and a garden’s breath. Gemini ink, Taurus soil— air teaching earth how to speak. The Queen of Pentacles stitched me together, placing a moonstone in my chest and whispering, “Think with your hands.” My mind became a loom of touch and theory, threads of scent, word, and sound weaving through the soft machinery of thought. I walk with a sycamore wand, its phoenix feather murmuring of return— of ashes turned to reasoning light. Even ruin can learn to rise if it studies the pattern of its own smoke. A rabbit’s heart beats beneath my ribs, listening for danger, but also for spring. I love the way earth loves rain— patiently, completely, until the roots are music again. Eros hums in the 11th house, where friendship becomes art. Sappho sits beside him, polishing syllables into tender weapons of beauty. Venus keeps the tempo, a slow pulse in the throat of the world. And somewhere, Psyche watches, Aquarian and distant, writing equations on the inside of eternity— proof that love and thought are two faces of the same element. So I study the impossible marriage: air and clay, reason and touch, the mind’s geometry folded into the body’s warmth. This is my alchemy— to let every word grow skin, and every gesture dream of wings.

Already trembling with my own anxieties, yet here I am... leafing through every tender, aching poem my students poured their hearts into. And all I can do is quietly break… huhuhu.

If love finds me again, let it be a stargazer who’s seen the heavens but aches for the mystery in my eyes. A coffee lover who craves my presence more than his first morning sip. A painter whose brush fails to capture me so he loves me instead, as art only he can see.

I don’t have the energy for many men. But if someone I like stops asking how I’m doing, it probably means he’s chasing another woman.

I always fall in love with someone who never loves me back. Perhaps that is fate— to place my longing in empty hands. I know we will never meet, distance becomes a wall, and time a deep abyss. Yet still, I hope at night my voice might find a way to rest within your faraway heart. I only wish to... read more

Forty-two suns have risen for me, each one a bead in life’s rosary— some burn bright, some fade in hue, yet all have led me back to you: the person I’ve become, still growing, still soft inside, still ever-knowing that years don’t steal, they simply give new ways to see, new ways to live. I’ve... (edited) read more

I am a rat in a world of men, I lose my track, But I track no men. I am a winner, I'm a runner, I run from men who need to kill. But I won't stop now, I won't back down, I'll learn everything to learn. I won't cry now, No tears will fall, All I know you are men in rats world. Chasing... read more

Like the fig tree analogy by Sylvia Plath, I have my own path And each figs have their own seeds. Each fig represents what I can, And each seeds represents the deeds Of the seeds that I took from my tree. Sing to me to sleep, The demons are in their hide. I've come to haunted lands, With my rust filled dagger I go, Into seclusion. Come on play the lullaby, Or should I walk by? Wolf wolf Come here, I've got a treat for you, Steady steady, Your arms are ready, Bare your canine to me. I've got flesh, And I've got it all. Your favourite meat, The rise and it's fall. In the moonlit fjords, where the Vikings sailed, Hush now, dear one, let dreams be unveiled. Shielded by Odin, in the starry night, Close your eyes, drift away, under Northern lights. Gravity of Us by Thomas Holmes Seven years ago, I left the rain behind— crossed mountains and memory, from Washington’s weeping skies to Wyoming’s endless breath of dust and sun. We used to fill the room with light, Our voices warm, our futures bright. Now silence hums where laughter stayed, And names we loved begin to fade. "if you happy and you know it, clap your hands" I guess it was all empty noise. I guess it was just the pretense of something, I should have achieved. But it was just noise. Sometimes it’s truly hard to bear. It seems that when I feel, I feel despair. I meet someone today — already, I love her whole, And by tomorrow, I mourn a loss that never had a soul. 🌹 I fake a laugh, hiding the weight of sadness that clings to my chest. I fake being okay, shielding my sorrow from eyes that might see too much. The years move slow, then rush ahead, Old dreams turn dust where young ones tread. Laughter once loud now whispers low, As faces fade we used to know. The world forgets, as worlds must do, But echoes stay — a trace, a few. If time forgets the names we wore, The love we gave will linger more.
