Sitting alone in quiet.. allowing myself to think. Exploring the emotion in my heart and mind in that moment.. allowing myself to explain it back to me internally. At times I will have my inner voice express something to me so profoundly about that emotion I begin to put it into words that try and convey those emotions without over simplification or being too descript. It's rare that anything is worth putting on paper, but sometimes it feels like a release. I've been through quite a lot of pain, more pain than happiness, that it drives my writing. (edited)

Life. What give inspiration more than that?. And reading also. If you want to right one poem you should read 1000 poems, if you want write 1 book you should read 1000 books. I read somewhere if you wanna right you should finish half library. So read before write. And learn everything what you get from life. (edited)
