The Phase of Healing 🔮🌹

Change can be healing too It’s not always kneeling at the grasp of death Holding in your breath to hope you feel it less Sometimes it falls off It doesn’t have to consume you and take the body you hold The seeds woven in your blood stream Spring up to be the flowers of abundance Don’t stay frozen because you can be woven with your pieces To be the catastrophe or the peace You choose but you don’t have to use the clues Your brain was molded just for you I can see your pain too But how can we save you We don’t have to cage you Because the caress of the carelessness of life will cradle you To label you as broken But loving yourself is the token It is peace you have spoken All along it was trees that were growing To give you roots and oxygen Now you have a home And a dandelions growing from your lungs Change isn’t always the earthquake that throws you Sometimes it is the wind that guides you home Home is a distant lullaby It is something you yearn for as a door slams shut Healing is the change of no longer being on the run from things we have felt since we were young The rose of courage shows you how to flourish You stand in the forest without the horrors of the yesterdays haunting this phase You no longer have to be in a daze to escape the maze of life
