Flexibility
I have never been able to do the splits, shoot I couldn't even touch my toes in my twiggy youth form. Flexibility just seemed unattainable, but yoga and pole have helped me tons. I need to get back to daily training and hit the floor. What are your flexibility goals?

I finally got to the point of doing splits. Yoga started it, mandatory to get my back to heal. Then after the infections I was left with an overheating issue and turned to pole. Now my flexibility goals ratcheted up, I started a new job and that one mandates intense flexibility as well as strength. Stiffness doth not strength make . The new job is strenuous in that it demands a lot of screen time, writing applications for a very good cause that we all benefit from as well as a healthy respect for the environment. But I can't maintain either without flexibility and strength. Sedentary tasks cause, over time, unhealthy conditions. So I continue to invert, hold better outer leg hangs, deal with spinning and gradually improve my ballerina pose and for whatever reason those B poses (broken doll, ballerina and broken heart) have been weird lately. Splits really free you .. the flatter I get the more I can do and the less my body has to endure torque moments that imply damage. You can do it, just keep practicing even if for a little bit every day. I tend to do really long pole sessions however lately, I just sleep in my dance room😄

Mine have now been reached but increasing my forward split is a continuous work in progress. Inverted leg hangs and ballerina, broken doll and broken heart are my three and most difficult ones, and they are all intermediate moves! Maybe emotional flexibility is more accurate.
