Find to do little things that you used to love when you were a child, even a little silly drawing or even new dish recipe that will make your kitchen messy.. or lay back down with your arms wide open and just breathe and let your mind being into a place u used to love as a child 🌹

I focus on the things i can change in my environment and do that, this usually consists of my emotions and moods and perspective on things so i do things to change my negative moods or feelings in to positives like cleaning and organising (this gives me a sense of control over my environment) and listening to upbeat and/or positive music and dance or sing a long (a sense of control over my mood)

There's no secret to overcoming "negative" feelings. I just accept them and remind myself feelings are temporary and I'll feel better later on or tomorrow. As for actions, I'll take a nap if I'm tired, go exercise, or talk to a friend.
