when we are listening to a class our mind makes sense of it this happens subconciously so i think our mind is constantly tring to make sense of things that happen with us in real life ,all our actions are observed by ourself if we are doing a thing wrong we know that it is wrong so we cannot say that we are innocent cause we are always underwatch by ourself so i think pyschology helps our brain to make sense of our actions subconciously .also people only know our exterior part so its our introspection which can help us understand ourself
