Just did some personnal research about ADHD and autistic sleep symptomology, and learnt that by putting a sleeping routine in place helps drasticly in preventing insomnia/sleeping disorder.

Putting a routine in anything is extremely beneficial. And people who are extra sensitive to certain things very much need a routine to feel more comfortable and not be constantly feeling like they are out of place or out of sync even more from their environment then they already feel from sensory overstimulation.

I don't think people treat you how they feel about you. They treat you based on the state of the mind they are in. Some people unintentionally hurt you because they are at war with themselves and suffering from things that have nothing to do with you.
