Weird experience on Boo.

So today morning, I spoke this user who liked my profile. The conversation started fairly slow. She told me that she was down with fever. She was somewhat uptight, as she said that she is fine with English, and Bengali(our mother tongue, but not hindi even though she is fluent in it) Then it took a wierd turn where I asked her where she worked, she said defence accounts. That's legit a govt. job at the Department of Defence Accounts. I jokingly asked her that she defended accounts? And she took it a bit personally. Now, if you tell me that it's a bad joke, I can apologise. But she was not able to 'express her displeasure'( her words, not mine). When I suggested that she should work on her communication skills, she took it as if I was judging her. And then she negated the whole conversation with this weird vibe that jokes shouldn't be cracked if they're not funny. I mean, what? When I asked her what she is doing on this app, she said she was here to make friends, which is cool. I responded by saying yes! We all need a functional and healthy support system. To which she said online friends are not a support system🤷🏻‍♂️ She just gave me a headache. I mean why are you here if you don't think it's worth it, right? Please do share your thoughts.. (edited)
