A buroee is where you jump, squat, do a push up, then stand back up and jump. You repeat that a few times. It's like a work out thing

Adrenaline is a very short term fix for waking up. When the adrenaline high is over you can actually be more tired.

Burpees. Its an exercise. You squat down snd then jump in the air with your hands up. You are supposed to do like 20 of them at a time.

Excersize regularly. You will increase your baseline energy levels this way. Also if your physically exhausted when you lay down it's much easier to fall asleep.

It's not easy to start habits. I find having some people in your life that will remind you in a friendly way is very helpful. I've got a buddy of mine and we try to encourage each other towards good habits.

Getting a good night's sleep on a regular schedule. Cold shower in the morning. Yoga nidra in the afternoon.... Not drinking.... They have helped me. But also coffee is delicious. I'm just a junkie for it.

Can relate. Very much so... like I have to work at It to say with it. A few things help. Exercise some time during the day. Preferably 4 hours before bed. Stay away from blue light and screens a hour before. Constantly (as much as possible) keeping the same bed time is huge. There are others if you wake up meditation/yoga nidra till you can go back to sleep.

If you are still tired after sleeping, then make sure you don't have sleep apnea. You don't have to be fat, your brain can cause you to stop breathing aswell. Also anemia can make you tired if you have low iron.

Yes I always feel tired and I have a hard time waking up. Anemia is very bad. That's why people like me have a hard time waking up and they usually feel so tired
