I find chatting with people complicated for myself as a Deaf person. I really want to talk to people in general, but being Deaf the best way to communicate is using live transcribe app which works most time but will fail in crowds, with accents. I often try to encourage people to take on classes to learn sign language. But that rarely happens. So I'm very much more reserve with hearinf people. With people who signs, I'm very open, blunt, straight to the point hahaha, and sometimes excessively dirty. I want to drive changes to see sign language as part of daily life usage for all people

I wonder why some guys are like this ...
