Turbulent Reformation
Everything I've accepted about myself all my life is now being questioned once again. I am quickly becoming a stranger within my own mind again and everything has become uncertain again. I suppose that I am grateful for the amount of change that is happening within me but it is getting harder to maintain that mentality with every passing day. The person I was before is gone, there is no going back anymore so until I can think of a better alternative my only option is to endure I suppose. Until I can understand why I am doing this to myself I suppose.

Its recursion, brother. Your changing because of environmental factors. Something has affected you greatly recently and your mind is struggling to keep up. Saranade yourself in the melancholy and breathe calm while you think. Take another breathe and do something from the past you once enjoyed. The key is to force your self to delve into the realm of the past and feel both joy and sorrow. Its contradiction that will balance the scales and recursion that will drive you forward buddy. Ex. Watch a funny ass show you remember loving and while watching it recollect on some of the things that bother you and then back and forth until they balance. Emotions ARE a game to be played in ones own head. And YOU know you can BEAT THAT GAME, DAMMIT!
