Learn about your attachment style and learn how to have secure attachment style. Explain your attachment style to your partner and ask for reassurance and support from your partner but don't rely on it for long term. The goal is to feel safe and secure with him/her. Self-soothe. Build trust in yourself and believe in you. That no matter what, you will be okay and that not all storms last forever. Do positive affirmations. Learn emotional discipline. Google how. There's other ways 😊

Looks into yourself and figure out how good and awesome you are. Not everything is meant for everyone to occur as usual or expected. Some times, it takes time for the right and the best thing to happen. Have patience and believe in the timing. Keep doing your best and continue to be awesome. You're too young and need to love yourself,practise self love when you love yourself only then can you fall in love with others and be self dependent.And about the abandonment fear do not attach yourself to a place person or a thing just appreciate yourself more keep indulging yourself in activies you love and as a result these things won't even exist to ya (edited)
