Energy feeders
Some people need to understand that are some things that can take our energy off, specialy if we have health risk behavior some of the risk are: stress, smoking, phone screens, excessive work, process food, lack of resting, excessive thinking, nature desconection, negativity, lack of sleep, sedentarism behavior (not giving your body work) and desorganization and dirtiness! All of these can make your mental health and also psysical suffering damages for life, be aware and try to change it. If you feel you can do it alone, ask for help!!!
