I used to feel insufficient, No matter how hard I tried, in pretty much any aspect... Then one night in a dream, I came to the realization; "All you can do, is do what you can" So simple but it has been extremely helpful in so many ways... Learned to become a lot more forgiving with myself after that.

Depends on what your into. I like to cycle, spar, watch funny movies or shows, listen to music, experiment in the kitchen, light a candle and kick back, play some games, talk with friends about random non-sensical theories or clean (scrubbing tiles in the shower). (edited)

After a tough day, singing loudly, calling up some people just to chat, or doing some exercise. Even then, those are mostly things just to do because time is really the only thing that solves it.
