Reasons men seek younger women?

I used to be attracted to older women, but ive noticed my eyes dont draw that direction anymore. Something in me changed. As taboo as it is to admit it, not that anyone can blame me or any guy really, i noticed my eyes draw to senior age highschoolers. I wont justify it. Humans are humans. But based on what i see in my own reactions, i think theres a measure of truth in how men conduct themselves. You might discover yourself in my shoes at some point. Time will tell i suppose.

Many toxic people do toxic things. Older women prey on young men. All things being equal- no one gets to 1up anyone else here. All suffer as a result of toxicity. To be assertive is masculine. It is not the same thing as being controlling. That comes from a place of weakness, fear, and inner turmoil. To lead and be the one a woman admires, respects, and trusts to be her guide and protector. Freeing her to be as naive, worriless, as she wants to be, letting her truely relax into her feminine.

@Trent Yes it's true it's not exclusively men, however the question was directed as such. There's a BIG difference between being assertive and to assert yourself above others. Women need a partner, not a caretaker. We're not pets.

@Bex above, as the admired, assertive is the dominant. The nordic countries may have advanced passed civilization of civilizations for thousands of years but they havent outrun all of our primal drive as creatures of this planet who are just like any other creature driven by urges to reproduce or set themselves in heirarchies. A strong man does not have to be loud, beat his chest, or be physically aggressive. But if he is dangerous enough to do that, and resolves conflicts because his calm quiet peace makes a woman uncomfortable when she is upset. Then he is right to be assertively calm, collected, and quiet. To lead and be admired. My mother is not a pet human shes always been the wise one. Married early, kept that man around. This does not mean most are not helpless petshop babies who take no self responsibility. I cant take one of these as a partner. You may not be a pet as a woman, but i have been looking and finding one like my mother seems impossible.

I am aesexual and i do prefer younger. I think i failed to understand the point. Older women are usually set at the stage of life theyre in. I could not and would not try to lead one as would be my job in the frame of my masculine picture. If i am to teach, share, guide, provide for, leave space for cultivating self-realization, guard, keep safe, and intentionally-actively in a conscious effort of will- love a woman and the kids she bares me... then she must be young, receptive, feminine, and unset with a fate that is yet to be determined in fulfillment in one who wishes to walk the path beside me. The leading factor i have learned on the man's part is that he must be entirely in confidence with himself and the decisions he makes. He must be both captain and the crew. He must be a titan, like Atlas holding up the sky, dauntless and unyielding. To give all of that to a woman who is not receptive would be a shame. I would moarn my soul for giving such a massive boon to a woman whos cup is already full of the blood red wine of life experiences. It would be so unfair to both her and myself to try to be her hero. Attempting to would only spill her wine in an attempt to fill it more.

@Trent You're forgetting that not everyone is as traditional as you. Not every woman wants her partner to protect her and the like. Many women, young ones and older ones, are very independent. They don't need a man to be happy or have a good life - if they have a partner, it's because they fell in love. Therefore, people prefer different ages in their partners and for different reasons.
