Unsure if anyone else the same . But I try to do things with my siblings and make the effort but always falls short . How do u have relationships with ur siblings as u get older ? We all get on pretty ok . Makes me feel sad

My sister and I barely get to see each other since I left the church. She's married to a church man and has 3 kids with him. We get along sooooo well when it's the two of us. I miss her so much. We are less than a year apart and were together all the time as kids. I wish we could just have more time together without her husband there. He treats me badly and she and her kids are not really allowed to talk to me when he's around. Anyways, I wish I had advice but I sympathize so hard.

I feel the same way, I was afraid if my little sister would hate me because of our parent's influence and I didn't get close with her until way later. A couple of things I've done was finding the time to say hi and checking up on her from time to time. Also, finding something you both are struggling and can support each other. If you see them taking some form of initiative to talk to you, it doesn't matter if you're busy, put them on the top of your priority list. Also be a positive influence around them, even though you don't interact muct it's important to be seen as a good person in their eyes.

Is there something wrong with me because I don't like horror?

I feel like it's extremely popular nowadays and that I'm kinda expected to like them or at least watch horror movies. But I really don't like it, it's not that it scares me, it's that it makes me uncomfortable in a certain way and I generally find it really unpleasant.
