Enneagram vs MBTI
My MBTI is Introverted, INTP, but my Enneagram is Extroverted, type 2. Idk what to make of this if Enneagram 1 and 9 are ambivert. My therapist also thinks I’m not an introvert, but I think I am actually both based on how I operate. Which of these is more accurate?

I think MBTI is more of a focus on your mindset and principles, whereas the Enneagram is how you vibe in a social setting with others. Like you can have aspects of your personality but can still come off another type of way once you get into a social setting.ike you're introverted... but once you do actually get into a social interaction you're going to take part in it with that Enneagram role. That's just how I am understanding myself
