I personally don't move on quickly, I need time to heal especially if it wasn't a great relationship experience. I think it depends on the individual.. I remember one of my exes moving on within a week of us breaking up and then he broke up with her and moved on to someone else a few weeks later 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤦♀️.

I think it depends on the person and the situation. I had a friend who's wife cheated on him and divorced him. it was rough for him but she moved on before the marriage was even over. Likewise, I've known ladies who had similar experiences. I think that the more committed member of the relationship will often take the longest to move on since they were the one who still believed it could work.
