Do you have a vivid dream life? I'm wondering if there is a pattern of dream experiences and personality type. It is more common among certain types to experience lucid dreams, vivid dreams, sleep paralysis etc... I have lucid dreams often, vivid dreams, premonition type dreams, and experience sleep paralysis on and off throughout life. Please comment your personality type and dream experiences 🙏?

INFJ & lucid dream, usually, twice a week during afternoon meditation. I've been meditating daily for 5 years. Dream recall has been great since a child & I started lucid dreaming at 5 to change nightmares into less frightening dreams. Lucid dreaming is mostly fun nowadays, but I've healed trauma, gotten over phobia, & met Spirit guides who share wisdom.

I used to have extremely vivid dreams generally they were what most people would probably consider nightmares. As I got older my dreams became less dramatic and vivid now I barely remember them. I actually miss the intense interesting dreams I used to have.
