5So in my temp job there is an entitled middle class family man who has complained about me a few times. I don't understand him constantly putting the wheels of the shopping basket on the recently cleaned surface of the cash register conveyor belt and it would be one thing if after refusing a polite request to not place the basket on the cleaned surface to just shut up, but then he always proceeds to demand me to stop the movement of the belt and to top it all of then mocks me for face palming myself because of exasperation. I don't damage his items when scanning, I don't act rude as in cursing or throwing his receipt somewhere. So what's up with acting in such a manner to a person who tries to properly do the job they hate? I always try to help people to the best of my abilities, I provide tissues if a person at bare minimum turns their head to the opposite direction to caught or sneeze, I say thank you for placing the damn dividers on the conveyor belt, I compliment people for raising offsprings who know how to act in different places and have boundaries.

Nie przejmuj się. Może zwyczajnie wylewa swoje frustracje, a kasa to ostatnia linia. Niech sobie chodzi na kasę samoobsługową;-) Poza tym, sporo ludzi, którzy nie pracują z klientem, nie zdają sobie sprawy, jak roszczeniowi potrafią tacy być. Najgorsze, kiedy 99 będzie idealnych, to ten jeden zniszczy dzień i humor 😉 (edited)

1When you work in a position where you have to deal with people on daily basis...there will be always one at least that is looking for trouble... spilling their poison became a sport for them and they become good at it everyday... it's on you now to find a way how to adapt to these kind of situations...your main objective is to find how to protect yourself from cumulating stress and anger over many days.. because either you will burst one day and you will loose your job or maybe ruin your relationships or your body will get the hit somewhere (brain, stomach, intestines, heart etc...)
