By yogic view...people act based on their internal weather Gunas means three natural qualities or tendencies....usually agitation means rajas quality or confusion tamas quality...it isn't a personal attack on you This is emotional contagion...their stress is leaking onto you via mirror neurons Step away physically to break the circuit of shared agitation By yogic Vedic view...frustration is stuck energy in your physical & breath layers (sheaths)...You can't think your way out of a body-level " crash out High frustration triggers the Fight or Flight response...You must stimulate the Vagus Nerve to shut it down Use Pranayama yoga (like Box Breathing) to signal your brain that you are safe...lowering cortisol instantly By yogic vedic...You are the Witness...You are the sky...the people & your own anger are just passing clouds This is metacognition(CBT)...Observing a feeling prevents you from becoming the feeling Mentally label the moment...I am noticing a feeling of frustration...this tiny gap of awareness prevents the crash out from happening The Bottom Line is don't try to fix nuts people Instead...use breath & awareness to protect your own internal peace—treating the situation as a training ground for your own mastery 🌌🧘♀️♾️

They most likely are nuts and in some way have to get away from them so that you have room to live your life. Not in the way where you try to create your own new life but rather the life you were supposed to always have without the negativity and feeling repressed from those who bring you down both mentally and emotionally. One day you'll have that peace and you'll be able to breathe freely and only continue the path you feel is truly yours.
