It's extraordinarily difficult to be a guy on a dating site. I've found that many women immediately assume that I'm disingenuous or looking for only sex. I don't even care about sex though. How do I communicate thst I'm a genuine person to a woman?

7.5, my simulated version of Esther Perel says I'm not shallow for trying to date a girl I wasn't physically attracted to after meeting her. It's more important than people think, imo

5, reasoning being I feel like looks gets you in the door, to atleast establish a relationship but after that it's all what values and personality

Personally Id say that it's about a 3 maybe 4. If someone treats me right I'm attracted to it. If someone shows me attention and affection I'm all yours lol

Noah has the right answer. First impressions are human nature, so looks are an absolute importance. The thing is, looks are also very subjective, keep that in mind.

I think looks can be a great positive. I also think that those with a great appearance and terrible manners/habits are not that beautiful. If I were to say anything it'd be a 5. Looks can be a critical factor, but that shouldn't be what matters most.

Looks are somewhere important but not everything. I can find something attractive in just about everyone. It's the personality that overshadows the physical appearance. It's impossible to say consider looks without any other thing being involved because everything else is involved. So I say 6
