Vegan eaters are those who do not eat milk products. Vegetarians are those who do not eat meat products and they eat milk products. Meat person is one who likes to eat meat whatever he wants I like to eat vegetarian food

Vegan = avoids all animal products Vegetarian = doesnt eat animals I do eat meat, but only beef, chicken, moose and fish (only swedish meat and sustainable fishing). I try to limit my meat eating, so at least half of my diet is non-meat at the moment... Might give meat up at some point.

The body need some protein from meat I love chicken than meat and I love fish too ..meat not all the time

@Mario The body needs protein, yes. But it doesnt have to be from animals. The animalic proteins our bodies can make itself from the amino acids we can find in many other sources. Some of them are a bit difficult to find but if you eat dairy, it contains all essential amino acids, so you really don't need meat for that.
