Idk if it’s even considered paranormal but back when I was a teenager, I’ve always dreamt of a man wearing a traditional Filipino suit. He never said anything in those dreams but were constantly looking at me, not speaking. I wasn’t afraid of him, in fact I felt like I was being comforted or he was looking after me. It had been like that for years then I just suddenly stopped dreaming of him. (edited)

Once, I was woken up from my sleep and saw a ghostly figure pulling me by my legs from my bed. I actually moved down and it felt like my grandma calling me saying "come to me" (she passed away before I was born, I've never met her).. when I described her to my mother, she was convinced it was her mother..but I dont know 🙆🏽♀️👀🙃🙌🏽

About 4 years ago I was an overnight security officer at a psychiatric hospital. The automatic doors in the emergency department were acting up, so I had to review cameras to find out why. As I'm watching the doors begin to open, there is a hand that appears in the window. Shortly after, a face appears next to the hand, looking into the department. I checked the camera for the hall to find that no one had been near the door for at least an hour before that happened.

Always, since I was a kid I saw the ghost of my grandfather smiling and waving at me. My mother sitting at her wake, my grandmother standing at our bedroom, she hold my hand when I'm about to sleep after her funeral, my late husband 2 months after he passed away, he looks younger and more handsome, smiling at me.

Absolutely. Numerous times. The most notable was my restaurant. Voices, doorknobs shaking, hand prints, screams, food flipped over in an oven. Has séance in the restaurant. Discovered an old maintenance man had a heart attack in the building and is still working there in the afterlife. His name is Harold. Some in tune customers could feel his presence. They were also two little girls who were more mischievous than Harold. They were the ones who I imagine, flipped the cookies in the oven would leave handprints on freshly washed windows and push the equipment around on the floor when you would never see that the little girls would sometimes pinch my employees while they were washing dishes.

Yeah, when I worked for Hollywood Video we had a staff member who unalived. Over a girl.(do not do that, please. It's STUPID). Couple weeks later my opener found a bunch of kids movies on the floor. All birthday vids. It was her birthday. You couldn't see them knocked off shelves on camera but you could see her come in and find them.

When I was younger I had “sleep paralysis” but I think it could be some ghost!
