Mind over heart. Your mind thinks through time, your heart thinks at the time. It's best to use both but your mind will do that for you.

Both :) trust your gut instincts but also use a little bit of logic. My heart says eat a whole cake to myself. Brain says maybe don’t do that. Good compromise to be found :)

Being temperate in such situations is the best option. Mind and soul live in one body for a reason.

Depending on the situation it's best to follow your head with bits and pieces of your heart mixed into your decision.

Both just as much as each other your heart can show you lovely things as well as break you same with your head. Gut is always better I find
