I think happiness is more of a side effect than a destination. If we treat happiness as a destination, we may keep telling ourselves, “I’ll be happy when I achieve this, when I have that, or when everything finally goes right.” But life is always changing, and there will always be another goal to reach. Happiness often appears naturally when we live meaningfully—when we love, grow, appreciate simple moments, help others, pursue what matters to us, and learn to be grateful for what we have. It is not something we have to chase constantly; sometimes, it is something we discover along the way. Perhaps happiness is not the place we finally arrive at, but the little light we notice while walking toward a life that matters. 🌿✨ So, laugh loud, smile genuinely, be happy. ❤️

I would say a side effect. If you make happiness a destination, there is a risk of living constantly with the feeling that "I haven't arrived yet." On the contrary, when you invest in things that matter — people you love, creation, curiosity, giving, growth, small daily pleasures — happiness often appears without you chasing it. So perhaps happiness is not something you conquer, but something that happens while you live in a way that suits you. And there is a beautiful contradiction: the less you demand from life to make you happy, the more likely you are to feel happy.
