I have been engaged for 3 years and will get married. However, before the wedding day, I found out that my partner was cheating, so I decided to cancel the wedding. I am proud of myself for having the courage to make such a big decision for my future. I hope to meet a man who has the same sincerity as I do.🌻 (edited)

Yes. The way I see it, any failure that has successfully taught me a valuable lesson isn't a failure. It's just gained experience and growth.

There is no failure that doesn't teach you something.

The last relationship I had. It lasted for five years. It didn't workout. The time I realized the relationship was a waste of time was when I brought up the conversation of marriage again one the 4th year. I realized I chose the wrong person to pour all my love to. It hurt like hell. At the end of the day she was the person I thought I was gonna marry. At the end of it all skipping to a year and a half now. I became a stronger person in general. I am slowly becoming the man I wanted to be during that relationship. So it was a mistake, however that mistake turned myself into a better character in the long run.

I mean the first I ever hosted an event it was okay at best but it was a beginning, and since then I have improved so much

From failures, one learns; from success, not so much.

I learned not to repeat that mistake.

If there is a lesson learned that can prevent it from happening again or turn it into success. Ideally there just isn't failure but that isn't realistic or always possible usually. Though I am a bit of a perfectionist at times so take my word on it at your own risk.

I don't consider them failures, but experiences. It could be my relationship; many say I gained a lot, but at the same time, it feels like I lost a small part of myself. Almost 5 years of many things, only he and I know, but every beginning has an end. It's been almost a year since then... (edited)

Expressing Appreciation When You Still Have A Chance I cannot say I’m proud of it, but I appreciate the good effect that came from it. I belong to the group of people who rarely verbalize appreciation to the people we love or for the things they do. I learned this when someone was already gone. Afterwards, I started taking note of the little things people do that I appreciate and making sure I let them know. So, even here in Boo, when I find something admirable in a person, I take time to let them know about it. How about that? 😊

On the contrary. Failure is a fundamental part of human development. It is the best way we have to learn. But a failure I wouldn't be proud of would be all those people who decide not to try or to try again out of fear of failing; that only leads to stagnation.
