Kindness. You can have intelligence, just know how to be kind to others. Otherwise, you're Sheldon Cooper

Kindness, compassion is a better indicator of true intelligence than what most modern societies consider intelligence to be imo

Not everyone deserves kindness and you need intelligence to realize it.

Kindness. Even though the two aren't exactly part of the same category.. one speaks on character and cannot always be learnt the other speaks on ability and can be developed. Not everyone can learn to be kind, which makes it rare. Intelligence, however, has different levels and can be worked on.

I would hope with intelligence comes a certain awareness of the human condition.

Both are important factors .. Be kind and know how to be human is all we need... And with emotional intelligence you tend to be more cooperative, empathetic and thoughtful, fostering positive social outcomes and personal well-being... Cheers! πŸ€πŸŒŽπŸ’–βœ¨οΈπŸŒ»πŸ₯°πŸŒˆ (edited)

Intelligence, being blindly kind is a fault I personally can not stand. When someone is intelligent enough to know when to be kind and when not to be is definitely desirable.

Both to a certain level, but intelligence would be my pick. When you say a person has high emotional intelligence, don't you mean he's empathetic? Therefore he attained certain characteristics of a kind person? Of course there are a lot of highly intelligent people who are not kind, but it is a different kind of intelligence. When we're talking about pure kindness, only an example of Don Quijote comes to my mind at 2am, maybe Jesus, but I won't discuss him, as my knowledge of the Holy Bible is not broad for now, although The Good Samaritan was told by Jesus I think. I'm not trying to talk about God you people, just an example. So, La Mancha and the Samaritan are kind, right? In the case of Don Quijote, he's not really intelligent, is he? He is almost too pure of heart. An opposite of him would be a psychopath probably, but what if a psychopath is not intelligent? Those two variables seem to overlap, but I think that although you might be kind by heart, if you're intelligent enough, so that you understand the alternative of being kind, which is being malevolent, and still choose kindness, that's an example of kindness on a much deeper level, maybe that's the case of Jesus, but again, I'm only starting reading the book of the books. Take it as you will, being tempted by the dark side and still choosing the force, being through darkness and going towards light. Knowing nothing of the darkness, living only in the light, or vice versa can lead to disturbing consequences in life of a given individual. (edited)

Both are not that important if you don’t have emotional intelligence. Kind where and when you need to be, show your brain capacity when it’s needed.

Intelligence, because if you are smart, that includes choosing right from wrong in words and actions, especially being kind to others.❀

Kindness, because no matter how intelligent you are if you don't have kindness it's all useless, like how the bible says If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

Both are needed... Intelligence without kindness leads to being a sociopath. Kindness without intelligence leads to unintentional cruelty.

Kindness for sure. I find it to be very valuable, because I can google answers to other stuff but it's harder to infuse your life with genuinely kind people 😁.
