Kindness is the right choice as long as it doesn't become the price to pay for being accepted. Sometimes being kind also means saying no, setting a boundary, walking away. Because kindness without self-respect is not goodness. It's sacrifice dressed up nicely.

Kindness is a good choice, but it doesnt have to be an "always" choice. You can be kind and still have boundaries. You can do good without sacrificing your own peace. Because if you dont set boundaries, your kindness can eventually hurt you, be taken for granted, or even be used against you. Kindness is good, but the peace you have while giving it matters too ✌️😊

Yes. Always. We confuse kindness with weakness; nothing could be further from the truth. Being kind means not hurting anyone in any way and helping whenever possible... but it does not mean allowing ourselves to be trampled by others. Kindness, like respect, starts first within us. Kindness and respect go hand in hand and are bidirectional.

Kindness is essential, but it should not be confused with naivety. Be kind to everyone, but be careful whom you give your trust to.
