Cheese toastie if you don't have a toastie maker and don't want to use a grill/hob: 1. Sandwich your slices of cheese between two pieces of toast. 2. Stick in microwave for 1/2 minute. 3. Flip toastie over and microwave for another 1/2 minute. Should have nicely melted cheese without the toast going soggy 😐

Chocolate Fluffies cookies. Mix a tub of Cool Whip with a box of chocolate cake mix. Roll the dough in to balls, coat with powdered sugar if you like, and bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Any kind of cake mix works, strawberry is great, but my kids and I prefer chocolate.
