You can only contradict yourself if you haven't made an agreement with yourself. The internal dialogue hasn't formed.

The question is relative, the answer always depends on the present 😉

I am a walking contradiction: I wasn't supposed to walk, I did. I wasn't supposed to be a bodybuilder/Powerlifter, I was. I wasn't supposed to go to college, be a teacher, writer,artist, father, husband...I wasn't supposed to get a divorce and meet a lovely person in Scotland that changed everything....but I did...all despite circumstances...like Cerebral Palsy 😎❤️🏴

We all have contradictions between what we think (and feel) we are and how we outwardly express ourselves. Social conventions, upbringing, old wounds, paleocortex 😅, subconscious and unconscious reactions. Don't only those have them who had a friendly gathering with Mr. Freud and Siddhartha Gautama? 🤭

We have the ability as humans to adapt to groups and social norms, so there will always be a contradiction in who we really are... of course, it shouldn't matter what we show, but the majority is like this these days, not that I’m saying there aren’t exceptions... at the end of the day, though, we know who we really are.

Yes. There are times when I am polite and tolerant, but there are also times when I close doors hermetically shut to the point that you wonder... and yet you know very well what you have done...

But I AM a contradiction!

Now and then, yes; it's just the personal insecurity that usually settles down quickly again 🙃
