Yeah, well I believe luck is opportunity meets preparation. So its partly making your own by preparing for an opportunity. And then siezing the opportunity when it does arrive.

I believe to an extent I have good luck. But not enough to win the lottery. (I have people to spoil dang it!) I also believe that I can give anyone who wrongs me very bad luck. If I'm treated well things will go well for you. If I'm treated badly...I'll look in the obits for your name. (Probably) (edited)

I believe in cause and effect. Your decisions lead you to the outcome and that's how your story unfolds. Maybe Lady luck plays a part in that, too, who knows... but it's mostly you and your choices. 😌

I think it's a mix of both, honestly. Luck can open a door for you like being in the right place at the right time but you still have to be ready to walk through it and put in the work to make something of that chance. It's like... luck gives you the seed, but you have to plant and water it yourself to make it grow.. xD 🍀😌😇 (edited)

I think luck can find you but you have to be receptive to it. If you don't allow for things to happen then they won't happen. I guess in a way you have to to create the space for luck.

I think there are lucky people and unlucky people. And usually those lucky ones don't deserve it and those unlucky deserve more. I don't think you can make your own luck, I think you just set yourself up for the best possible outcome but ultimately, what ever can happen will happen
