I'd take immunity to aging. Let me live as long as I'd like and keep some healthy skin while I'm at it.

Neurodegenerative Diseases I have a huge fear of dementia, Parkinson's and motor neuron issues. Just losing my motor, memory and what makes me, me without anything to stop it scares me.

Immunity to all diseases. That (in my opinion) makes one of the biggest reasons why people become ill in the first place. In addition, it addresses long term care for diseases that are expensive to treat (like Cancer). Additional edit: Not to mention also diseases transmitted from animals. (edited)

Aging. I don't care if I get sick or die, but the prolonged decay to which we're all heir? Terrible stuff, horribly depressing.
