7I used to have "House maid knees" as a kid which is like tennis elbow but in the knees, and had to use a walking-stick through parts of it. I was too young for the treatment pill so I ended up using cream under a bandage (while still using a walking-stick). Feel free to message and I'll tell u more but I'm lucky to be able to run, walk, skate and no longer get "House maid knees" now but my knees do look a little crooked as a side-effect from the years I had it - Luckily my b/f does not care about those flaws
