Forcing someone to talk doesnāt mean you care, you are just putting them in more stressed situation. So back off, be there for them and let them talk whenever they are ready. And sometimes they never wanna talk, they just wanna ignore and be with the people they feel comfortable with. So please stop reminding them that they are not feeling well.

Has anyone else felt like a background character and like they are just there to make the main characters happy? Also why do people make promises they know they cant keep. Why are people so prone to lie just to make you happy even though it will make you worse in the long run?
