Unsolicited advice. Especially from strangers! If I need advice, I know how to ask and I would never ask a stranger because a stranger does not know me and does not know my situation. The arrogance of people telling complete strangers how to solve their problems without being asked to is also pretty annoying! They assume so much about the situation and the person, and they're always wrong! Nobody like a know-it-all either! This is why I keep things to myself. When I share, I do not ask for advice, I am just trying to get something off my chest and/or connect with people who understand and sympathise. When people insist of giving me unsolicited advice, it just pisses me off! So it actually makes things worse for me!
