Break-up and how I'm getting over it💔

Hey everyone! I'm going through the most painful, awful, terrifying break-up in my life, that's actually why I'm here. I tried everything: dive into new hobbies, switch to new people, drinking and dancing, crying, screaming, hating, sport, reading, serials... What worked the best: • New person. Efficient, but pretty deceptively, it's like a patch. When it's finished, and it's, if you jump into new relationships quickly (mostly situatioship), without working on yourself, doing analysis, and taking responsibility...it will hurt much more. So, NO. First heal. • Releasing your emotions. Cry, scream, crush, hate, guess, ask, doubt, laugh, be desperate. Repeat. That works! Don't hide your emotions, please. Be weak, be vulnerable - you are just a human!) • Time. It's never be forgotten, but you'll get better. Trust me. Not tomorrow, not in a month or three, maybe not in a year...but some day you'll wake up happy and content. I'm still in a process of healing. This happens just like waves - one day you feel uplifted and motivated, and for the next - you are totally broken. But that's okay, it is just how it has to be. You're doing great😊 And please leave your powerful advice here⬇️

Feel all the pain, welcome it, but just don't let it ruin you in the process. Feel until you feel no more, by feeling and embracing everything will you heal, trust me, it takes a lot of time, but eventually when you're done, you feel at peace, you got freedom, and a very light hearted feeling like you're floating. It makes you value your peace, it makes you set boundaries and make you say that never again will I let anything like that happen. So, go girl, be vulnerable, be weak, but in time, you'll make it, and you'll come out stronger because of it.

I hear you my last gf and I split before summer. We really hit it off awesome. But life got in the way. things just kind of... Im not really sure what happened. My adhd was too much for her. She was very very calm and relaxed at home where as I am not lol. It was a few things. There was no anger or anything she just had a different path. I almost wish there was anger or anything ... I wish her the best but how do you stop thinking about it... this is a case of needing a new person... I've had lots of time. I want to find someone new but I have also kind of given up. Hard to describe I guess.

Time. Workout. Work on self-reflection. Don't blame. Don't shame. Don't look for validation. Value yourself. : (it's hard asf. Moving on. Just know this is a normal feeling. I like to romanticize breakups [this being my 3rd heartfelt] -- i tell myself; love has been around since the beginning of time ~ sure it wont be the last time with me. Just hold on to your core values. Don't shrink yourself. Love doesn't ask us to become smaller; it wants us to show up as the greatest version of ourselves. You are the love you want to receive. These feelings are normal. If you didn't feel heartbroken then you would have a problem. Cry, scream, live, laugh , and overall look around you, there are ppl that love you.

Hiya, Veronika. I'm so sorry to hear your broken heart mourning over the loss of a romance. I recognise the pain a lot and feel for you- I pray you'll be back on your feet, stronger than ever, whenever that time's right for you. I personally had the loss of a lifetime and a trail of destruction following my every move back on the 2nd of October 2022- yes, that date is engraved deep in my soul.. At the time, the pain of love's decay was absolutely agonizing and, for a sensitive soul like me, an absolute shock to my core. I've got quite the tenacity to strive and survive, however, and managed to walk over the path of lava through means of: 1. Friends & family. If it weren't for my parents, one of my brothers, professional help and my dearest friends I'd not be sitting here with a beefy mind to be reckoned with. Countless acts of good will that helped me at least stand back up every single time. 2. Self-care. Doing anything that I needed or felt like it'd help, even when sometimes it's a bit overboard with coping- if it helps, then it helps. Also includes trying to maintain a healthy balance between busy and rest days, food, sleep and drinking pattern and appreciating yourself! 3. Balancing. To get things overdone or too little is likely to pose a threat to your wellbeing in such fragile states. Just be mindful about what you choose to do. 😊 4. Build & improve on yourself. Remain challenged as far as that goes. Take walks, or perhaps stsrt jogging or exercising on a daily basis. Find a new hobby or discover and learn new things in life. 5. Reflect whenever you're able and comfortable with it. Finding out why certain things happen is a large boost to consciousness and brings you a big step closer to possible solutions! ⭐ I pray you'll find the skeleton key you're after and that you can be surrounded by those who you love and love you. 🤗
