Would not help
I'm just a lost cause and cursed. Even if I wanted to be with someone I would still be depressed. Bananas are supposed to help with it to boost mood. Yet here I am depressed the next day. If I had a gf I would be depressed. This major depression disorder and persistent depression disorder is a curse. I'd really rather just die at any moment.

I have MDD too. It's an insufferable illness and hard to live with. It took me a while to find the right meds but even so, the depression will still come. Not many people understand/believe we can just flip a switch. People get depressed from situations they go through but we are clinically depressed which isn't the same at all. If you ever want to talk, vent, or scream into the void, I'm here for you 🤗

My personal outlook on such things is that if one doesnt mind dying, then they might as well try out some of last resorts, like anti depressants. Who knows, it might help. Personally i never tried it tho cause I still have other alternatives to try before it like therapy and trying to improve my life situation. Also it didnt get that bad yet.
